Clumping? Sometimes, I think due to the fibers in the formula. It's more like getting little clumps of fibers on your lashes rather than making your lashes stick together.
Everyday/Dramatic? Everyday, could be layered for more drama
Flaking? Very very rarely... if I'm wearing it a long time there will sometimes be little fiber specks that fall out.
Scent? Yes, very light
